Following on from his debut EP, "Make It Beautiful," Gamina Chad's second EP, "I Can See It's Happening," is enhanced with electronic sounds that signal the artist's transition to a new musical identity.
The title track 'I Can See It's Happening' is the most obvious illustration of this.
Composed in the same time period as the first EP, the EP's six tracks showcase Gamina Chad's distinctive composition approach, which veers between melodic flights of fancy and subtle variations.
His songs revolve around two primary themes: unfulfilled love and our relationship with daily life. Far from sinking into depressing fatalism, Gamina Chad reminds us of our potential to react and change.
Cecilia T. Chang's artwork depicts this EP through a creative concept where every song on the album is symbolized by a segment of one painting.
